When will I receive my order?

Why are your prices so low compared to competitors and retail stores?
We import or purchase our merchandise from direct importers, which lowers our cost of goods. Being an on-line store we work out of a distribution warehouse, helping keep our overhead low when compared to traditional retail stores and outlets. All of our goods are first quality line goods unless otherwise noted.
 

 
Why do I have to provide an e-mail address and phone # when ordering?
We use your e-mail address to send out e-mail receipts for orders and to communicate any additional information regarding your order. We do not share your e-mail address with any outside company or source.
 
 
Do you ship outside the United States?
We ship to all U.S. states and its' territories except APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship to addresses outside the United States except to Canada.
 

How do I get a sample of a fabric?
To order a swatch go to any item and click on the Swatch Item Option/Drop down for the corresponding color/print.  Swatches are available on all fabrics except our printed fleece.
 
How will I know if everything is in stock?

The majority of our items are in stock and ready to ship. Occasionally, when an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you within 24 - 48 hrs.
 
 
Is my personal information secure?
We use an encrypted shopping cart to ensure that personal information, including credit card information, is secure.  At no point in your order process is your credit card # accessible by syfabrics. The information is only available to your bank and credit card processing agency. 
We DO NOT sell or redistribute customer names and email addresses.
 
How I can find what I am looking for?
Click on the fabric categories menu sidebar on the upper left.  If the item you are looking for is not listed in one of the listed categories, we may not carry the item. To re-confirm, you can always e-mail us the item you are looking for.
 
Do you offer express shipping?
To get an express shipping quote, please send emails to sales@syfabrics.com with the ship to address along with the items interested and quantity.  The minimum express charge for swatches are $25 and $50 for regular fabric orders.
 
 What is the minimum yardage you will sell or cut?
We have just a 1 yard minimum on most items. The only thing we ask is that you purchase whole yards. We do not sell partial yardage for example  1 ½   or 1 ¾ yard cuts.
 
What happens after I place my order?
You will immediately receive an email order confirmation with an order number. Please be sure to check your junk email box as our emails may sometimes get sent to your junk/spam or bulk email box. You will be notified by phone or e-mail if any item(s) in your order is unavailable.  If you have a spam block on your email account, there is a chance you will not receive our email receipt.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been submitted?
Please note that some orders process and ship out within a matter of minutes. To make changes to an order, please contact us before your package is shipped out. Once an order has been cut and shipped, there can be no changes made to an order.
 
Are any of your fabrics treated for fire rating?


None of our fabrics are treated for a fire rating with exception to our 120" wide sheer voile. Please contact your local fire department for legal specifications and requirements.

*All quantities and prices for individual fabrics and trims are in yards. 5 for quantity would represent 5 yards.  Quantities for all other items would be based on quantities noted in the description.  For example a quantity of "1" for an assorted lot of 10 yards would be 10 assorted yards of fabric. 2 for quantity on the same assorted lot would be 20 assorted yards.  1 for quantity on a swatch set would be one swatch set as noted in the description of the swatch set item.

We cut most of our fabrics in one continuous piece up to approximately 30 yards. Orders over 30 yards may have to be sent in 1 or more pieces. If we are unable to send an order of LESS than 30 yards in one continuous piece, we will contact you prior to processing your order to obtain information on the increments you are working with.  


*Future orders on  similar fabrics may have different color shades due to periodic dye lot changes.  Be sure to order all that you need at one time to assure you will receive the same dye lot.

Most orders ship out within 24 hrs. Monday - Friday.  Please review your order to insure you have the correct items ordered prior to finalizing it. Some orders may be processed, cut and shipped within a matter of hours or minutes. Once an order has left our warehouse no changes can be made to the order. 

*If the U.S. Post Office does not deliver to your physical address, a P.O. Box # as well as your physical address will be needed. We will determine how it will ship when the order is processed. Smaller orders (typically 1-3 yards) are shipped via the U.S. Post Office and will require a P.O. Box if the post office does not deliver to your physical address.  Larger orders are shipped via UPS and will require a physical address. ALL ORDERS TO CANADA ARE SHIPPED VIA UPS.
